Imagine your manager asks you to check a fictional CTM demonstration page before showing it to someone. You notice all four items below:

The “Download report” button does nothing when you click it.
A chart is cut off when you view the page on a phone-sized screen.
The instructions say to click a blue “Save” button, but the page has a green button labeled “Submit.”
The page says information updates in real time, but you have not been shown how to confirm that claim.
