How CTM handles application information

Information collected: contact details, location, availability, compensation expectations, written answers, optional résumé/portfolio link, and submission metadata needed for basic security.

Purpose: evaluating candidates, arranging interviews, making hiring decisions, and documenting the process.

Access: limited to CTM personnel participating in hiring. Application data is stored in a dedicated CTM-managed database and is not placed in customer systems.

Retention: unsuccessful applications are deleted within 12 months unless a shorter period is requested. Hired-candidate records needed for employment are transferred to the appropriate employment record system. CTM does not currently create separate backups of this applicant-intake database; if backups are introduced, they will inherit the same maximum retention period.

Do not submit: Social Security numbers, birth dates, medical information, school records, passwords, financial account information, or confidential information belonging to another organization.

Correction or deletion: email petie@clearlinetechmethods.com and include your confirmation number if available.

Notice version: July 16, 2026. The accepted notice version is recorded with each application.

This notice applies to the CTM careers application process and may be updated if the process changes.
