The work
You will receive training, examples, and a checklist for each assignment. You do not need software, laboratory, or business experience. You do need to read carefully, organize your work, explain what you observed, and ask when something is unclear.
Check websites and demonstrations
- Click assigned links, buttons, forms, and downloads on approved websites.
- Check pages on computer and phone-sized screens.
- Record what happened, useful screenshots, and steps another person can follow.
- Retest after a correction.
Keep information accurate
- Follow written instructions as a first-time user and flag missing or outdated steps.
- Research assigned public facts and preserve the source link.
- Proofread approved guides, proposals, and presentations.
- Remove duplicates and mark unknown information instead of guessing.
What good work looks like
- Complete agreed work on time or communicate early when blocked.
- Separate observed facts from assumptions.
- Handle private information carefully and remain inside assigned systems.
- Use feedback to make the next result stronger.
Qualifications
- Clear writing and careful attention to detail.
- Comfort with a browser, documents, spreadsheets, and screenshots.
- Ability to organize work and meet agreed deadlines.
- Willingness to ask before acting when instructions or permissions are unclear.
- No prior technology-industry experience required.

- Written application and short fictional work sample.
- Structured interview with the same core questions for each candidate.
- Role-related decision and, if selected, written pay, schedule, and onboarding terms.
